Windhoek Stationers has been operational within the printing & office supply industry since our establishment in 1984.
We have grown into one of Windhoek’s prominent stationery and office suppliers in Namibia over the past 38 years. We stock almost every brand available in Southern Africa. With our wide range of products, we are certain that we will not disappoint you in your purchase. If we do not have your specific product in stock, we will be able to source it within 48 hours from our suppliers locally. For items needed beyond our borders, this can be sourced and delivered within 7-10 working days.
We pride ourselves in the fact that we offer free delivery for bulk purchases to all clients from Corporate’s and Small businesses to Schools in Windhoek.
For the individual we are conveniently situated in the Northern Industrial area, with access to free parking.
We have a showroom of approximately 980 m2 and a Warehouse of 948 m2 with the following product lines:

More recently (since January 2021), we have changed ownership. Our dynamic vibrant new owners are looking to keep all traditional core values and services offered by this proudly Namibian organization, yet also have a vision for transformation into a more modern approach for the future.
We are excited to share our dreams and vision for the future with our existing client base. We also have a clear desire to attract a new generation of customer group to expand our core business.
